DoggieStock - A Day of Tails and Music & DoggieWalk

E-mail Print PDF

The 2nd annual DoggieStock- A Day of Tails and Music will be held at Centennial Fields in Snoqualmie on Saturday, Sept. 18. All proceeds from this event will go to Valley Animal Partners, which provides spay-and-neuter services to pets of low-income families.

The festivities begin with an 11 a.m. DoggieWalk through Snoqualmie Valley ($15 entry fee). Four bands will play through the day -- The General, Kellee Bradley, The Fabulous Boomers and Hiwatt -- amid dog search-and-rescue demos, obedience demos and an agility team performance.

Humans may enjoy the beer garden (provided by the Eagles) a variety of vendors, food, and visit booths operated by pet-related businesses, pet adoption groups and non-profit organizations. Dr. Mike the mobile vet will be there to answer questions and provide general care, shots and micro-chipping.

Back by popular demand ... the Doggie Olympics! Peanut butter licking, hot dog bobbing, amazing tricks and a canine costume competition. Be creative! Medals and trophies will be awarded for first second and third place, and of course a winners picture will be taken.

Bring your kids, friends and family, pack a blanket and some chairs, and join us for a day of tails and music. Non-aggressive dogs only, on leash and owners must pick up after their furry friends. Bags will be provided.

Admission to DoggieStock and the Doggie Olympics is FREE!
